Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "philplus" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the philplus online gaming website operated at philplus.app and its affiliated services.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a philplus account or who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered philplus member account, including the associated wallet balance, game history, and personal data held under that registration.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in Philippine Peso (PHP) within a philplus account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, or other non-cash promotional value credited to a Member's account by philplus.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to philplus's identity and document verification process required for account ownership confirmation and withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be bet before resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming operations in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the philplus platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and philplus.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using philplus and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Membership at philplus is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gaming. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. philplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not met.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a philplus account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one (1) active philplus account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. philplus employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and remaining balances may be subject to review.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

philplus services are intended for eligible residents of the Philippines. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use philplus. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of philplus is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your philplus login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. philplus will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.

Any activity conducted through your philplus account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — while your credentials are in use is deemed to be your activity, regardless of whether you personally authorized it. You accept full responsibility for all such activity.

You must notify philplus customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. philplus may suspend an account pending investigation upon notification of suspected unauthorized access.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

philplus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. philplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on philplus are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. philplus is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the philplus cashier section at the time of deposit. philplus reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Members may set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of philplus's responsible gaming tools.

5.4 Own Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your philplus account are your own and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. philplus operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Withdrawals

6.1 Verification Requirement

Before processing any withdrawal, philplus requires completion of KYC identity verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). philplus reserves the right to request additional supporting documents.

6.2 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are generally processed within ten (10) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or system maintenance.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

philplus applies a return-to-source policy where practicable: withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. In cases where this is not technically possible, philplus will process to a verified alternative method.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the philplus cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. philplus reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for withdrawals below a stated minimum, as disclosed in the cashier at the time of the request.

Bonuses & Promotions

philplus offers various promotions to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• philplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless explicitly converted through satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

philplus actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts, wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements (e.g., equal and opposite bets), and exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith. philplus reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

Gaming Rules

All games offered on philplus are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the specific rules of each game before placing a wager. philplus does not modify game rules beyond what is disclosed in the game's help or information panel.

8.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, philplus reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant Member's wallet. philplus is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control.

8.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the philplus platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. In live casino games, bets placed during the designated betting window are binding once the dealer closes betting for that round.

8.3 Maximum Win Limits

Individual games and promotions may be subject to maximum win limits. These limits are displayed within each game's terms or the applicable promotion. philplus reserves the right to cap single-session or single-bet winnings at the published maximum, regardless of the displayed in-game multiplier.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on philplus. Any Member found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance reviewed, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

1. Registering more than one philplus account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any non-human agent to interact with the philplus platform.
4. Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
5. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or philplus system.
6. Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized reversal of deposits.
7. Depositing funds that are proceeds of money laundering or any criminal activity.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing philplus staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel.
9. Accessing philplus from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Responsible Gaming

philplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Members. Gaming on philplus should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a financial strategy. philplus provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from all account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly caps)
• Session time reminders and automatic session limits
• Loss limits and wager limits
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the platform

All responsible gaming tools that restrict play take effect immediately upon activation by the Member. Requests to reverse or shorten self-exclusion or cooling-off periods will not be honored during the active restriction period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the philplus platform — including but not limited to the philplus brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of philplus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the philplus platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any philplus content or software.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, philplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the philplus platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from service interruption.

philplus's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

philplus does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for downtime, system maintenance, or service outages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.

Privacy & Data

philplus collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering a philplus account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the philplus Privacy Policy.

philplus will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform. Full details are set out in the philplus Privacy Policy.

Termination of Account

14.1 Termination by Member

You may close your philplus account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been satisfied.

14.2 Termination by philplus

philplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including where: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (c) the Member is found to be under the age of 21; or (d) continued operation of the account is required to be suspended under applicable law or regulator instruction.

14.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination for breach, philplus may void all pending and recent transactions, withhold or forfeit balances pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Member following the conclusion of any investigation, net of any outstanding liabilities.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact philplus customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. This requirement does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

philplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Member rights or obligations — philplus will provide notice via registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning, or updates required by regulatory obligation) may be made without prior individual notice but will always be reflected in the updated Terms published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of philplus following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
